This oftentimes has to do with some people not wanting to know exactly what kind of position the community is in. Now are they poorly funded is there no reserve account established these are big issues that obviously need to get fixed for those types of communities. Now when we come out we do reserve study we make sure it's a comprehensive study that that particular community can use in their long-term budget plan. We're not going to come out provide a reserve study that essentially is useless to you, we want to make sure you're going to be able to utilize it to get on a path towards a higher funded level. Because remember whether the funds are there or not the costs are going to happen.
